To be sure that an Oriental rug is exactly right for you, it is extremely important to try it in the space it will occupy. We think that this is so important to your satisfaction that we insist on in-home trials as part of the normal sales process. Here's how it works.
Once you receive your Oriental rug(s), we recommend that you take at least a week to carefully consider your purchase. View your rug(s) in different lighting conditions and at different times of day to ensure that you've got precisely the look you want. If the carpet proves to be unsatisfactory for any reason, you can simply return it to us, no questions asked. From the day you receive your Oriental rug, you'll have 15 days to return it to us for a full refund - you will be responsible only for the shipping charges. Naturally, rugs must be returned to us in same condition as they were received. We can't imagine a more generous or customer-oriented policy, and we're sure you'll agree.
