Shipping is an important part of our business; we ship rugs in and out of our showrooms on a daily basis. As part of our extensive service to our customers, we are pleased to ship any rug that you have selected to your address, whereupon you can observe and assess it in the comfort of your own living space. You will be charged the actual cost of the shipping the rug, but if you choose to purchase it, all shipping charges will be credited against the purchase price of the rug. If you instead choose to return the rug to us, you will be responsible for sustaining the shipping costs both to and from your home. In this way, we believe the interests of all parties can be served and protected fairly and equitably.
